Residents are responsible for their monthly base rent, a monthly $125 Hospitality Fee, their metered water, sewer, and electric utilities, and any other optional monthly charges (e.g. pet rent, garage rentals, resident office rentals, and rent reporting for credit building).
The Hospitality Package is a monthly bundle priced at $125, which includes internet, valet trash, pest control services, smart home integrations, and package acceptance through the Luxer One package room.
